A fashion Designer to design mock ups of a new product

I am looking for a fashion designer to study the project for an echo friendly brand for shoes, bikinis and summer light clothing.

We have a defined audience for the product

We would need the designer to also prepare the budget for the first stock, and study the fashion forecast for this products.
