WMP Eyewear, a fast growing e-commerce eyewear brand is looking for an organized and detail oriented administrative assistant. 

This role will be in-office Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Fridays are WFH

  • Posting jobs on recruiting sites (i.e. Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Upwork, LinkedIn)
  • Help with recruiting potential candidates for all job positions
  • Maintaining general areas of Office/Warehouse (supply ordering and management)
  • Maintaining and Updating all employee files and records
  • Assisting with Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Other Admin/Office Management duties (welcoming and directing visitors to appropriate personnel, answering phone calls and emails, etc..)
  • Write product descriptions for website
  • Running errands (off-site mailings, etc.)
  • May handle calendaring, travel arrangements, process expenses/invoices, and coordination of day-to-day activities.

Required Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an administrative professional
  • Clear and effective written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
