The day to day in this role will look like:

  • Accurately controlling stock entering the company for all stores globally
  • Ensuring the correct stock goes to the correct location at the correct time
  • Ensuring stores receive accurate stock levels as per planogram changes weekly
  • Operating and undertaking associated tasks using the Futura system
  • Maintaining min/maxes to ensure allocations are at an optimum for core and new lines
  • Executing the floorplan layout changes on a weekly basis of all stores globally
  • Stock to sales ratio analysis and reporting
  • Communicate with operations team on any queries regarding stock levels in stores
  • Adhoc administration tasks for the business as required
Loves is looking for:

A can-do attitude with the following skills:

  • 1-3 years previous Allocations experience or equivalent study
  • Proven ability to manage stock settings
  • Medium to advanced Excel skills
  • An analytical mind, attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • A customer centric approach
  • Ability to demonstrate through the use of data and analysis key recommendations to improve store stock service
