About Our Program

Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. For 10 weeks, interns will share in the unique culture & perks found at our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard, while developing the skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full time job opportunity. The URBN 2024 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/3 through 8/9 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

OverviewThe Graphic Design Intern will assist the design team with the creation of visual elements for Anthro Living, including product packaging and graphic treatments on product. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for design.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Design product packaging that is both attractive and functional.
  • Create graphic treatment for Anthro Living's products such as stationery, mugs, dishtowels, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date on current design trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure that all visual elements are consistent within Anthro Living's brand.
What You Will Bring!
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles and software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs that meet the needs of the Anthro Living customer.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Complete HireVue: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a HireVue Video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.
