Title: Anthropologie Visual Merchandising Manager

Reports To:Senior Visual Merchandising Manager

Overview: The Visual Merchandising Manager role is responsible for creating and driving visual merchandising strategies & store direction for the Apparel & Accessories Visual Department within the Anthropologie Brand. This role works cross-functionally with brand business partners to develop monthly visual merchandising strategies & product storytelling that provides a fashion & trend POV, while protecting key product investments that support omni brand messaging.

Who we are looking for:

  • An individual that has a passion for retail visual merchandising, is innovative, and has a strong fashion POV & understanding of current and future trends
  • Someone that has experience working in retail visual merchandising at a corporate level and/or filed visual merchandising experience working in high volume/flagship settings.
  • Someone who is articulate and confident presenting their ideas to brand leaders.


  • 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience (corporate or high volume/flagship store)
  • Has a passion for apparel & accessories visual merchandising and styling
  • Has related experience working within a vertical retail environment
  • Has a strong understanding of the current retail landscape, fashion & trend awareness, understands, articulates, and can execute how to continue to move our brand forward

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Travel: Some travel required.
