About the role:

Collaborate with the Outerwear team to define fit guidelines across our product line. Work directly with factory engineers on patterns to ensure consistent and best fit across the line. Work directly with vertical factories and fabric vendors to research and develop new, technical fabrics.

Responsibilities:

Participate in fittings and execute needed revisions on assigned styles
Measure protos/size samples and update specifications for production
Assist our warehouse QA team with reviewing and evaluating landed product, which may include training new team members
Evaluate fit of samples on live model and research fit mannequins
Organize and maintain garment and fabric library for garments
International travel likely 1-2 times per year.

Candidate requirements:

3-5 years experience in manual and computerized patternmaking
Experience with both knit and woven garments, tops and bottoms.
Competent patternmaking and grading skills with a focus on active apparel/outerwear
Exceptional understanding of garment construction and fit
