Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support and Sales:

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email and phone
Assist customers in their purchasing journey, offering style advice and product recommendations.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive brand image.

Daily Business Activities and Errands:

Handle day-to-day tasks, project management, and administrative duties

Run errands as needed, including picking up supplies, shipping and returns.

Shipping and Order Fulfillment:

Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Event Planning:

Support the planning and execution of in-person shopping experiences.
Assist in coordinating logistics, managing guest lists, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
