We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our clothing brand launching soon in downtown Santa Barbara, California. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support and Sales:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email and phone
  • Assist customers in their purchasing journey, offering style advice and product recommendations.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive brand image.

 Daily Business Activities and Errands:

  Handle day-to-day tasks, project management, and administrative duties

Run errands as needed, including picking up supplies, shipping and returns.

Shipping and Order Fulfillment:

  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Event Planning:

  • Support the planning and execution of in-person shopping experiences.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, managing guest lists, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
