Petit Clair is a DTC Children Clothing brand, we sell our seasonal products to thousands of customers, through our website www.petitclair.com as well as in our 6 Physical Retail Stores

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Buyer in Creating PO Details, Skus, UPC, Store Breakdown
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
  • Utilize various systems such as Sku Vault, Shopify POS, To Track Inventory Movement
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and forecasting demand to optimize purchasing decisions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of Orders and resolve any issues that may arise

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as an Assistant Buyer or related position
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms from suppliers
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
  • Past Experience in Fashion or Clothing
  • Analytical
  • Super Organized
  • Have a great eye for fashion and color
  • Great communication Skills
