Assistant Buyer/Executive Development Program-EDP
This program is designed to help prepare candidates for a career with Dillard's in fashion merchandising/buying. EDP members will begin training as an assistant buyer assigned to a buyer in our Little Rock Divisional office. On-the-job experience is supplemented by training seminars presented by company executives offering a combination of theory and practice.
