Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000

The Assistant Designer supports the Non-Apparel Design team through maintaining PLM, and executions of tech packs. They will assist in Product Development and Design process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for out of the box thinking combined with knowledge of real-world applications and be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job
- Maintain PLM for Design while managing workflow and ensuring seasonal deadlines.
- Assist Design team with and execution of tech packs and sketching men’s and women’s accessories (bags, SLGs, hats, soft accessories).
- Review & track samples for fit and construction & send approvals as necessary to maintain timeline.
- Participate in departmental and cross-departmental meetings as appropriate.
- Render sketches in colors and materials digitally.
- Building and maintaining spec library and material library.
- Prepares for sample reviews by setting up the showroom and digital presentations.
- Strong organizational skills, accountability in meetings with taking notes.
1-2 years of Accessories Design experienceEducation:
Bachelor’s Degree in related fieldSkills
- Experienced in Digital PLM Tech Packs (Knowledge of Centric a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
