Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. Position Summary

The Assistant Designer supports the Non-Apparel Design team through maintaining PLM, and executions of tech packs. They will assist in Product Development and Design process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for out of the box thinking combined with knowledge of real-world applications and be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job

  • Maintain PLM for Design while managing workflow and ensuring seasonal deadlines.
  • Assist Design team with and execution of tech packs and sketching men’s and women’s accessories (bags, SLGs, hats, soft accessories).
  • Review & track samples for fit and construction & send approvals as necessary to maintain timeline.
  • Participate in departmental and cross-departmental meetings as appropriate.
  • Render sketches in colors and materials digitally.
  • Building and maintaining spec library and material library.
  • Prepares for sample reviews by setting up the showroom and digital presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills, accountability in meetings with taking notes.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

1-2 years of Accessories Design experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Skills

  • Experienced in Digital PLM Tech Packs (Knowledge of Centric a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Hard work ethic
  • Works well in a team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organized
  • Eager to learn
