The Assistant Print & Color Designer utilizes digital software to create artwork through all phases of development to the final output of production ready artwork. Will assist in the translation of concepts from design partners into colorways and artwork, creating repeat layouts appropriate for specific product, preparing final production files for all PINK product categories, and assisting in the wash development process.


  • Work with closely concept team in order to create colorways and print artwork that accurately reflect the desired aesthetic.
  • Pitching and color chipping final colorways to ensure color accuracy as well as inputting them for production.
  • Redesign core print designs in order to meet the needs of specific garments
  • Prepare production files for artwork that meet the expectations of our mills without sacrificing the aesthetic.
  • Assisting in the development of washes and tie-dyes each season.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross functional partners



  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years Textile design experience
  • Proficiency in the latest releases of Illustrator and Photoshop. NedGraphics or equivalent proprietary textile design software a plus.
  • Understanding of color and creating strong colorways.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet overlapping deadlines
  • Ability to work on teams
  • Ability to work in a high volume, detail-oriented studio or fashion company
