Responsibilities and Duties:

· Market research for fashion trend and color.

· Sourcing fabric to feature new fabrication and cultivate productive relationship with mills.

· Merchandising and reviewing each collection to fine tune the designs from concept/ sketch to final product.

· Work with sample room to make sure sample making flows and that we execute our design to reflect the look of each brand DNA.

· Work with production to achieve productive and cost-effective solution so we meet our margins and that we offer competitive prices in the marketplace.

· Fit each collection to achieve beautifully crafted well fitted garments.

· Work closely with sales to both get market feedback from buyers and educate sales on the features and look of each collection.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Fashion design

· minimum 1 year swimwear experience

· Organizational skills are a must

. Able to work under pressure.

· Creative.

· Adobe Creative Suite, Mac OS, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.

· Passionate about design.

· Excellent Communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
