Adecco Creative and Marketing is looking for a Contract Hybrid Assistant Fashion Designer for a well-known fashion company in NYC. This Assistant Designer will be supporting the Woven tops &amp; Dresses team. Will provide both practical and creative support to the Designers and the team.Responsibilities include<ul><li>Researching current trends</li><li>Sketching and filling minibodies in Illustrator.</li><li>Setting up Dept Line sheets in Google Slides</li><li>Creating Tech Packs using Flex PDM</li><li>Data entry</li><li>Maintains Line sheets and style numbers</li><li>Assistant Designer may also be required to initiate design sketches under the guidance of the Lead Designer.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree equivalent in Design</li><li>1-2 years experience in Design, Wovens experience is a plus</li><li>Creativity and enthusiasm for fashion</li><li>Strong sketching and illustration ability</li><li>Ability to identify color and fashion trends</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong teamwork skills</li><li>Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and all other Microsoft Office Applications</li><li>PLM experience</li></ul>
