This person will need experience with or an interest in evening dresses, as well as the competencies and qualifications listed below.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work closely with the Design team through all phases of line creation and execution</li><li>Create detailed sketches, manipulate prints, Create CADs, and make Excel charts</li><li>Create initial Design tech packs</li><li>Daily communication with factories to ensure accurate and on-time sample development</li><li>Update line sheets immediately when the revisions are advised and notify sales, Operation manager, production and tech team.</li><li>Attend daily design and fabric TB meetings</li><li>Update daily the sample tracking chart</li><li>Swatch the seasonal Design binders</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2-3 years’ experience in this or a similar role</li><li>Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD</li><li>Proficiency with Tech Packs</li><li>Follows direction well and is a team player</li><li>Efficient and well-organized self-starter</li><li>Must be proactive with excellent time management</li></ul>
