We are seeking an Assistant Jewelry Designer to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity for a someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a creative, fast paced environment. The position is currently part-time/temporary with the potential to become full-time.

Role Responsibilities:

Create detailed spec sheets with accuracy, attention to detail and consistency in a timely manner
Support design team as needed to ensure that deadlines are met
Contribute creatively to the design process by preparing sketches and ideas, ability to hand sketch and create Ai renderings
Trend and inspiration research
Organize swatches and reference materials
Assist in creating mood boards and collection boards
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

What we are looking for:

1-2+ years of jewelry design experience
Proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop
Creative with high level of taste
Knowledge of the fashion jewelry development process, materials and terminology
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management – ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a small team environment
Strong communication skills
Enthusiastic about jewelry, fashion and relevant trends
Bachelor's Degree in Jewelry Design, Design, Fine Art, or related degree preferred
Must be commutable to our NYC office but also comfortable working remote
