Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at PHILIPP PLEIN located in Las Vegas, NV. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including leading and managing a team of sales associates, maintaining store inventory, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining visual standards and cleanliness of the store.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
