Retail Windows and Interiors

  • Assists in the rollout of window concepts, events, and seasonal decor to markets inclusive of two-and three-dimensional assets and store communication on windows and other customer touchpoints throughout store
  • Supports print production and graphic adaptations to vendors in each market
  • Assists with sourcing store opening props, fixture roll outs and new creative/store developments.
  • Helps produce visual merchandising tool kits and in-store presentations directives for each market
  • Coordinate’s vendor installation/strike timelines
  • Maintains and updates windows, tables, shelving, fixtures specs
  • Travels to retail stores to assist in vinyl installations and season décor update when needed
  • Drafts floor plans and elevations of stores fixtures for Merchandising guidelines
  • Partners with Marketing, Graphic Design & Retail Sales for consumer initiatives, designing and executing projects where needed.

Product Displays

  • Assists in on-site merchandising for store launches, events and new store openings
  • Assists in photoshoot styling and propping as needed
  • Brainstorms/mocks up new pre-customized product for launches, collabs and seasonal displays
  • Customizes pouches, bags and SCL product in fulfillment center and HQ
  • Enters new displays into NetSuite and is trained on creative upload process
  • Updates VM archive with up-to-date pre-customized displays


  • Bachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or Exhibition Design related fields
  • Hands on creative who understands space, storytelling, and visual merchandising production
  • 2 - 4 years experience


  • Adobe Creative Suite, 3D programs such as SketchUp or AutoCad
  • Understanding of fixture materials, botanicals and spatial planning
  • Interest in growing a career in creative visual merchandising and interiors
  • Role is 60% Creative and 40% Data Driven
