Support planning team in the management of sales, margin and inventory to achieve company financial objectives.  This role will focus primarily on e-commerce.

This position will be hybrid working primarily remote but also out of our satellite office in Bloomington, Illinois

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively participate in merchandise planning needs, including ensuring the accuracy of sales orders, regularly identifying inventory needs and sales opportunities.
  • Support the Director of Merchandise Planning and Logistics in responding to changing sales trends, reviewing inventory productivity metrics and overall business performance at category and country level, helping to ensure company achieves sales, margin and sale through.
  • Supports Director of Merchandise Planning and Logistics in building a pre-season bottoms up style-color level plan.  Tracks performance to plan and reports on results in-season.
  • Generate reports to communicate sales and inventory positions across business channels.
  • Perform ad hoc independent analysis and provide periodic reporting to drive business performance.
  • Build pre-season size scale.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Four year degree from a college or university preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft NAV a plus
