Job description

Doubletake is the elevation team within Frasers Group, working across a number of brands within the group. As an assistant merchandiser you will be responsible for your ranges from cradle to grave and have lots of opportunities to improve your skills and expand your knowledge.

  • Taking responsibility of ranges from cradle to grave, including but not limited to planning the buys, negotiating costs, pricing the range relevant to the market, distribution and ensuring deliveries are met.
  • Monitoring sales of new ranges and identifying opportunities to build on key sellers.
  • Assessing quantity and designation of each styles.
  • The merchandiser has to check the new development order sheet or artwork
  • Monitoring brands performance and identifying opportunities, as well as potential risk/loss.
  • Monitoring intake into the business, ensuring deliveries are on time and updating the team if there are any changes.
  • Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
  • Ensuring marketing and photo samples are handed over to the relevant departments and making sure they are aware of the handover date in advance
  • Liaising with buyers and Suppliers
