Associate Buyer

Compensation:$20-$23/hour

Location:Phoenix, AZ

Hours:8:00am – 5:00pm (Hybrid Schedule)

Job Responsibilities:

Receives and analyzes facility purchase requests for routine and specialty supplies, service, etc.
Uses specialized knowledge of procurement contracts and products ordered
Provides quick solutions for order errors and makes sourcing decisions
Manages supplier purchase orders
Check status of purchase orders
Purchase Order Maintenance – removing and/or replacing single items on purchase orders

Job Qualifications:

Must have experience with work orders
Must have Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables & v look ups)
