Associate Designer - Outerwear

Our client, a women's outerwear brand, is seeking an Associate Designer to join their team in New York!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create an assortment of women's outerwear apparel
• manage the development of garments from conception through production
• Sketching and CADs
• Participate in fitting sessions
• Deep understanding of current trends
• Proficient in illustrator and photoshop

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in designing outerwear apparel
• Bachelor's degree
• experience with CADs and Tech Packs
• Ability to work full time in the NYC office
