Location: Hybrid Metro Milwaukee HQ. Responsible for the design and design support of our Women’s Flagship Brand - Sonoma; creates an assortment that is relevant to brand position and target customer in partnership with Senior Designer.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for the design of a category; creates an assortment that is relevant to brand position and target customer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Design and support.
Designs, owns, builds, creates and updates tech packs, trim sheets and design packages; accurately enters information into PLM. Reviews with Designer/Sr Designer
Presents their designs in working sessions; influences cross-functional partners on product direction
Compiles and edits market and trend research to drive product direction; reviews with Designer/Sr Designer
Completes pre-packages as a part of the research and development process for their area of ownership
Shop and purchase samples for category ownership
Researches and develops appropriate raw materials cross functionally with internal R&D Partners, mills and vendors for yarn development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related relevant experience
Strong computer skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
3-6 years minimum previous design experience or related relevant experience.

Ability to partner cross functionally
High attention to detail
Elevated taste level

Special Requirements

May have some limited domestic travel opportunities.
