Job Description

The Associate Digital Merchant represents their division for all e-comm related tasks. In partnership with the DMM, they act as the liaison between all cross functional partners (Studio, Site Merch, E-comm Ops) to ensure an optimal DTC experience. This role is a key player in ensuring product is launches on time and is generating the necessary visits and revenue. The ideal candidate will align with the brand by bringing creative thinking and innovation to help drive profitable business decisions and positive customer experience.

Job Description

  • Own the process for seasonal e-comm drops
  • Support merchants in achieving all deadlines and tasks for each drop (listed below):
  • Create and manage seasonal shotlists for ecomm photo studio, working constantly with photo studio teams on prioritization, strategy, and sample inventory
  • Continually review and optimize pip photo, copy, and overall product experience
  • Ensure products are merchandised appropriately and thoughtfully throughout the site
  • Own the pip from creation through its lifecycle
  • Own and direct off cycle product launch process, evaluating priorities and cross functional team bandwidth
  • Work with Site Merchandising team to request seasonal and ad-hoc site navigation needs
  • Brief concept and photo for site content (supercats, rich content pages, etc), working with Site Merchandising to execute
  • Thoroughly UAT product for seasonal and off cycle launches
  • In partnership with DMM, ensure divisional “big ideas” are translated to cross functional partners and executed properly for the website
  • In partnership with DMM, partner with Site team on all site enhancements (Outward, Bundles, etc.) and delegate necessary deliverables to the merchant team
  • Participate in promo, site experience, marketing passoff meetings in partnership with DMM
  • Coordinate merchant input for all special marketing pages (tastemakers, trend shops, etc.)
  • Help train & manage Ops team in Pip setup
  • Own daily build lockdown and communication with cross func teams
  • Pull e-comm KPI’s for division, as needed
  • Create and roll out new processes as needed to support operational efficiency, data accuracy, and seasonal timelines
