Associate Fashion Designer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Research trends and bring in new ideas

·        Create tech packs, ensuring designs accurately translate into development samples

·        Work closely with the Executive member on product development, including styles, colors and prints

·        Research fabrics for sampling and developments

·        Follow up with import vendors for sample development and production

·        Execute Print/color development with CAD

·        Update PLM system for costing and purchasing.

Job Requirements:

·        Degree in Fashion Design

·        Minimum 2 years of industry experience working with Knits or Woven

·        In-depth knowledge of technical fit and garment construction

·        Ability to prioritize and manage workload with multiple deadlines

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·        Ability to work as a team player

·        Strong sense of style, color, and fit
