ELOQUII is a vertically integrated e-commerce destination for contemporary, fast fashion sizes 14-28. We bring trend-driven, feminine, polished fashion from the runways to our customer, working on a compressed

design cycle and dropping new styles every week.

Reporting to the Associate Merchandise Planner and working closely with the Director of Planning, the Planning Analyst will be responsible for supporting the process of the company’s overall budget and financial goals.

The Planning Analyst will work with the Sr. Merchandise Planner and merchants to define weekly and monthly sales and inventory plans, track and maintain appropriate regular price and markdown inventory, as well as strategically plan and execute sales promotions. The Planning Analyst will be responsible for ensuring

adequate stock levels on the core replenishment goods. The Planning Analyst will be responsible for

executing and analyzing reporting on a daily and weekly level to help support the overall planning process

and achievement of financial goals. The individual will need to have quantitative, analytical, strategic

thinking and problem-solving skills; demonstrate good judgment in their ability to make data-justified

business decisions. This is a remote-based position.


• Analyze business performance at the channel and/or item level to determine correct inventory levels in alignment with the sales plan.

• Develop and manage reporting to support financial strategies. Provide reporting on sales and inventory projections, providing recommendations on strategy changes if needed.

• Ability to create ad-hoc reporting and analysis and clearly communicate opportunity and risk at the style/color level.

• Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings, strategic planning meetings, etc.

• Partnering with merchandising to assist in planning and maintaining inventory by department. Focusing on key items to ensure appropriate inventory levels.

• In partnership with planning team and merchandising, create and review monthly hindsight in order to maximize margin go forward.

• Partner cross-functionally to plan promotions and execute a seamless on site customer experience.

• Ensure appropriate product mix and inventory levels to maximize sales

• Execute markdown pricing and inventory turn weekly to ensure we are meeting our turn expectations based Director or Sr. Planner’s direction.

• Analyze past sales performance to identify opportunities and quantify new choices appropriately.

• Summarize performance of the business through reporting, making weekly recommendations.


• 0-2 Years of retail planning experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Effective decision-making skills and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to understand business issues and link results to organizational


• Ability to build strong financial acumen and analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must have sense of urgency and high level of accuracy

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to partner with team members across different internal functions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills
