Job Title: Associate Planner, Global Inventory & Pricing


The goal of this Planning function is to set up all relevant processes and drive the business (Revenue, EBIT) through strategic merchandise planning, controlled inventory management, actionable reporting and insightful commercial analysis. We achieve this by creating a world class, digitally enabled integrated end to end planning team, which is commercial, connects well cross functionally and delivers efficient merchandise processes.

TheAssociate Planner, Global Inventory & Pricingat Tory Burch is responsible for creating visibility to the Finance, Logistics & the Business Units about inventory flow and evaluation. The Associate Planner is also responsible for ensuring International Pricing consistencies while acting as a liaison between IT, account services, & the Business Units.


  • Run weekly inventory report and analyze current inventory composition vs. LY
  • Manage Global Reorder process & ensure process is being followed
  • Assist in Global Roll up of Global Merchandising Financial Plan on Quarterly Basis
  • Assist in Corporate Inventory tracking, movement, and lifecycle management
  • Roll Global Warehouse flow to pinpoint inventory peaks by week & month based on global sales and receipt plans
  • Support Planning Manager & Director in creation of yearly financial reserves & monthly tracking
  • Ensure price records within IPT (International Pricing Tool) aligns with global price strategy
  • Track and analyze competitive pricing landscape through actionable reporting
  • Manage Summer Intern


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years prior experience in retail planning and/or allocation, preferred in global planning
  • High proficiency in Excel & Retail Math is required, experience with Macros and Power Query is a plus
  • Vertical retail experience
