In this role, you will oversee the NBHD+SNKRS marketplace planning across the Asia-Pacific/Latin-America business unit. As part of the NBHD+SNKRS team, you will we help to create, cultivate, and elevate sneaker culture around the world. The individual needs to possess strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills. We are looking for a forward-thinking, solutions focused leader, who will establish strong partnerships across our geography and territory partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for digital trends and sneakers culture.


In this role, you will support key business initiatives and goals through demand and supply management, enhancing brand heat through some of our most important products. You will work closely with the broader cross-functional team to build and refine strategies; you will support strategies with development and management of comprehensive financial forecasts. You will own the initial forecast on some of key styles, and work with territory teams and cross-functional teams to further refine and finalize; this role will play a key role in coordinating plans across global, geography, and territory cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for supporting multiple product lines, each with unique timelines and nuances. You will proactively report on the health of the business and facilitate sound business decisions and action plans, to managers and cross-functional team members. You will collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, create standard methodologies, and driving continuous improvement throughout our comprehensive planning process.


You will directly report to the NDDC/NSO planning team, and indirectly report (“dotted line”) into the SNKRS/NBHD team. You will work across a team with varied strengths of counterparts, with key partners that are both WHQ-based and territory-based. You will look across the total marketplace, developing a deep understanding of business needs across both the owned and unowned channels. You will participate in a team structure that facilitates and enhances individual and team performance, supporting and fostering an open and expansive environment that accepts diversity, encourages accountability, and drives toward results.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related field or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 6-8 years' retail relevant experience in merchandise planning, company planning, merchandising, allocations or operations
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail math; ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
  • Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred, with emphasis on limited edition (“high-heat”) collections
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others; ability to effectively communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with management and external resources
  • Strong knowledge of cross team calibration; international experience preferred
  • Experience working across multiple business platforms, including owned website/apps and partner businesses; Experience in Digital vertical retail preferred
  • PC literate with strong working knowledge of Excel
