Collection Merchandiser
The role
Joining the Category team within Product & Merchandising, you'll support the delivery of the global category strategy by taking ownership of a global category. You'll deliver range build, pricing and margin architecture to develop a range that is optimised for commercial performance.
Working across the global product and merchandising function, operations, regional teams and marketing to ensure the collection delivers against consumer needs, productivity and sales targets.
You'll draw on your merchandising expertise, data insights and forecasting to spot commercial opportunities that your category will be perfectly positioned to exploit. That's how you'll maintain the flow of new and continuity products that smashes targets and facilitates growth.
Working with colleagues in local merchandising and product teams, you'll drive the joined-up approach we take to optimising commercial performance. When you do that, you'll create opportunities-not just for the business, but for yourself too.
About you
You'll have merchandising or buying experience with footwear, accessories, fashion or lifestyle brand and a good understanding of product category management. You'll also know exactly how to drive success in collaboration with international teams and local partners. And with your stakeholder management skills, you'll always be able to get the backing you need to succeed.
As the owner of a global category, you'll be comfortable acting on your initiative-able to prioritse your own workload and manage multiple tasks effectively. You'll also be a skilled communicator able to make the best of every collaboration. Highly numerate, with proven abilities on Excel, you'll exude a competence and commercial nous that everyone's buying.
