Job Summary:

The Coordinator of Global Visual Merchandising will work closely with the VM team to conceptualize and execute brand driving visual merchandising strategies for seasonal product presentations. The coordinator is responsible for the design, publishing, and distribution of VM communications throughout the omni-channel networks of Rag & Bone. This position is part of the Corporate Visual Merchandising Department and reports into the Director of Global Visual Merchandising.

Job description


  • Collaborate with VM team on initiatives such as seasonal market set ups, seasonal VM strategies and presentations, and special projects Design and manage the publishing and distribution of all VM communications throughout the omni-channel networks of Rag & Bone. This includes seasonal brand driving Visual Merchandising Strategies, bi-weekly VM guidelines, brand standards, on-going VM feedback, and other departmental communications.
  • Assist in the innovation and conceptualization of compelling visual merchandising techniques to promote, enhance, and elevate the Rag & Bone product presentations and environments
  • Join the director of VM to liaise with merchants, buyers, and wholesale teams to reinforce the commercial success of innovative showroom market visual presentations
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with key players within the DTC, wholesale, and international networks to promote brand and sales driving VM presentations and enhance opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners including Creative Services, Store Design, Buying, and Operations to ensure that all corresponding business needs are addressed



  • Minimum 2 years in store visual merchandising experience, preferably including in a contemporary or luxury brand environment.
  • High proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on InDesign and Bridge
  • University or continuing education degree in fashion related business
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, high visibility environment Strong drive for results
  • Acute attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. Travel occasional.
  • The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$65,000 based on experience and qualifications.
