  • This role supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand located in Carlsbad, CA.
  • Organization and maintenance of a multiple-season sample library
  • Steam, hang, show lace all samples on receipt as required by sample type
  • Pack incorrect and past season samples for archive and sale
  • Maintain/ pull samples for sales reps, athletes, campaigns, editorials and E-com shoots
  • Send out packages for Product and Merch teams when needed
  • Manage sample space within M&D, storage closets, etc.
  • Track samples from freight forwarders and effectively communicate with other workgroups
  • Costing and Invoice Tracking
  • Tracking samples daily coming in and out of the library, unpacking, organizing, and logging the merchandise
  • Provide awareness and ensure team is tracking to key deadlines. Manage and update during key weekly meetings
  • Attend line adoption and details meetings to gain extensive knowledge of samples. Support cross-functional partners with sample requests and ensure samples are returned.
  • Support department workload by assisting with other projects as needed.
  • Set and maintain samples in showroom for Account Meetings, Product Reviews, and any other key organizational meetings.
  • Always manage appearance of samples (Steam, Showlace, etc)
  • Assist with Data Entry for Product and Merchandising during peak periods. Manage Sample ranking and adoption cycles for Global/Regional merch teams


  • 1-2 years sample or retail experience at a performance/lifestyle brand
  • High School Diploma
  • A positive and enthusiastic team player
  • Problem solving and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast -paced environment
  • Detail oriented and able prioritize when faced with multiple tasks
  • Forward thinking, strong sense of urgency and follow up
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, Illustrator)
  • Team player attitude and not afraid to ask questions
