Trend expert in mens, kids & accessories activewear lifestyle and performance apparel who has a passion for trending and innovation. This role requires an individual who is relentless with details, a self-motivated problem solver, and a true team player.

Responsibilities

  • Proven trend expertise and innovation driver in the activewear performance/lifestyle categories
  • Successful in identifying go forward trend, culture, color and consumer trend knowledge, and market shifts
  • Make accurate assessments of the competition & industry disruptors
  • Ability to manage multiple priority projects
  • Build trend materials
  • Create & execute inspiring impactful presentation materials
  • Execute Global distribution of all trend/concept tools; digital
  • Distribute & maintain all trend/concept tools; digital & IRL
  • Travel/attend key trade shows & vendors partner presentations
  • Create & execute with Consumer Insights predictive trending tools
  • Focus on Kids color trending
  • Aid in creation of seasonal kid color palettes with merchant team
  • Works closely w/ North America activewear growth teams
  • Implements trend processes & executes against brand calendars

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree required OR AA Fashion Degree with 9 years of equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Functional expertise in technical fit & construction
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Demonstrate creative/innovation ability
  • Ability to learn and take direction
  • Self -motivated
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Computer literate; Mac, Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design
  • 7 Years in the industry required
  • Domestic travel and some international
