This role works within the creative team and is a key day -to -day driver of our global retail campaigns and special projects. There is an emphasis on clear and timely communication with internal and external partners, including the negotiations and management of legal contracts to artists and collaborators together with the support of our legal team. The role relies on strong relationships with stakeholders, and the ability to support and influence outcomes relating to budgets, deadlines and decision making. As we continue to transform our digital delivery requirements, it is key that the role has a strong understanding of digital and motion production requirements.

You will provide project planning and the necessary administrative and team management to drive the project process from inception to completion, including committing and managing the creative resource and budgets.

The role manages multiple projects at the same time, across four regions together with the global functions at Head Office.

Job description

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to -

  • Understand, manage and maintain the creative and production processes

  • Plan out the calendar global and regional projects using resource and project models

  • Act as an integrator of all internal departments (locally and internationally)

  • Drive and clearly communicate project timelines, budgets and progress with necessary parties

  • Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g.: WIP's, project plans, timelines, deliverable and ownerships etc.)

  • Negotiate with external collaborators, and work within agreed budgets, including contract management.

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities to ensure our projects are delivered to meet quality, budget and time expectations

  • Work collaboratively with the digital, product and marketing teams to align with their process and key milestones

  • Mentor and support project management team members

  • Keep the Head of Creative and Creative Director and relevant team members informed of all activity that is relevant to the business

  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative to allocate projects to appropriate team members

Profile

Who we are looking for -

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications or Project Management.

  • In depth experience working as a project manager.

  • Comprehensive understanding of general marketing practices

  • Strong budget management skills

  • Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PPT)

  • Strong experience with resource management tools, and openness to adapt to new tools required
