What you'll be doing:

An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, fun and dynamic creative team.

You'll be accountable for the creation and cascading of the print schedule, managing relationships with printers and resolving print challenges. On top of this, you'll continually review and improve production processes across the UK, onboarding the wider marketing team with any changes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for managing the production of the UK brochure and associated print pieces.
  • Creating and cascading schedules - factoring WE and digital timings within the timings and milestones.
  • Holding surrounding teams accountable for hitting agreed schedule milestones.
  • Review, develop and update all production systems, editing, desk-top publishing, image management and pre-press activity for all vehicles ensuring that all activity is delivered right first time and to the schedule deadlines. Communicating updates to these with the relevant teams.
  • Manage the relationship with printers, and micro suppliers - arranging quarterly business reviews to build supplier relationships and ensure KPI's are set and delivered to.
  • Resolve print and micro challenges to limit impact to sales.
  • Accountable for the management of the UK consumables budget and managing supplier resources including print and freelance.
We'd love you to have:

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in print production.
  • 2+ years at a senior level preferred.
Education

  • Graduate Caliber
Skills & Competencies required

  • Competent with Creative Suite (Adobe Indesign/Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), catalogue management system, Experience in producing and cascading schedules.
  • People Management experience.
  • Budgets and planning/forecasting expenditure.
  • Proactive, excellent project management skills required.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior level.
