This exciting role will report into the Senior Manager CRM & Retention and support the CRM function to grow and enrich the contactable database across all communication channels (email/SMS/DM/push).

This role involves CRM-based tasks such as embedding data capture in lifecycle journeys, but will focus on customer data acquisition, database contact management and administration. You will be an ambassador for increasing the customer data we have available, often working independently to project manage or consult on initiatives to ensure data quality. You will be interacting with a variety of stakeholders including Senior Management.

We are looking for someone who has had some experience in CRM, project management with a luxury retail background and acquisition focused preferred. The role is fast paced, so the candidate must be adaptable to change, very skilled in multi-tasking and excellent communicator as the role involves working with various teams in the business from IT, Marketing to Creative.

You will have the following techincal competencies:

  • Excellent understanding of GDPR
  • Strong proficiencies in IT are required for this position
  • Experience in data capture/customer acquisition
  • Experience in working with multiple data sets and channels
  • ESP and CRM experience required
  • More than familiar with the standard office automation and communications tools
  • Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, dashboards and translating the data into actionable insight
  • Accurate, methodical, and familiar with technical language
  • Forecasting
  • Trends analysis & recommending actionable insights
