Primary Purpose: The Admin Analyst will be responsible for managing and processing various administrative tasks to support our wholesale partners and the Wholesale Customer Service Department and support with performance reporting.

  • Managing the Customer Service mailboxes
  • Process Coach Europe Wholesale Account’s claims (including Warranty Claims)
  • Support for Customer Service team tasks
  • Mass admin tasks such as rejections, order changes, returns, credits and delivery creation
  • Communication and stock transfer of inventory from DC to DC
  • Daily order tracking
  • Auditing support
  • Order entry
  • Order confirmation process
  • Mass admin tasks such as rejections, order changes, returns, credits and delivery creation
  • Customer Purchase Order checking and fill up Customer Master SKU List / Product Data forms
  • Maintain reports for analysis of shipping performance, order book performance, claims values, reasons, etc

The successful individual will have

  • Strong MS Office skills, EXCEL knowledge essential (pivot tables, data management)
  • Organized and Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken
  • Ability to multi task in a demanding environment
  • Be a team player but also work well independently
  • Builds strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong decision making skills & judgment
