We’re seeking an Operations leader who will partner with Apparel Design leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovation and capabilities that will maximize creative potential across the Apparel Design and Consumer Creation communities.

You will advise on Operations risks and opportunities and lead capability development from strategy to delivery for Apparel Design, with immediate focus on scaling 3D Design and Digital Workflow capabilities.

You will report to the Senior Director of Design Operations and will be the Operations lead for the VP of Apparel Design and a member of the Apparel Design Senior Leadership Team. You will have two Design Operations Manager direct reports and will lead and be a part of large virtual project teams with teammates across Consumer Creation and partner functions.

-  Bachelor/Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training

-  8 Years work Experience in Apparel Product Creation, Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Relevant industry.

-  Experience working with creative teams is preferred

-  Experience managing a small team preferred

-  Digital Transformation experience preferred

-  Program / project management and Design Thinking facilitation expertise preferred

-  Creative mindset and deep understanding of creative processes

-  Passion for future technologies; 3D, AI, VR, Computational, etc.

-  Passion for questioning assumptions and disrupting/improving traditional ways of working

-  Deep process and operational experience, including familiarity with the Nike Consumer CODE Process and the end-to-end product creation process

-  Highly collaborative approach, value for synergy

-  Strong communication both written and visual including strong presentation skills

-  Ability to influence and facilitate at the senior leader level

-  Ability to lead virtual teams, manage complex projects and balance multiple workstreams

-  Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving a team to clarity and results

-  Passionate, curious problem solver

-  Change agent/change management skillset
