The Opportunity

As a Designer for Sephora's Loyalty/CRM pillar, you will support the Visual Creative team. Reporting to an Art Director, you will be responsible for building the Sephora brand within Kohls through ideation, development, and execution of various marketing initiatives from start to finish across all channels. In addition, you will:

  • Support the Art Director in trend research, developing concepts, and implementing designs to provide creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality creative
  • Work within brand guidelines to create design solutions that fit existing design strategy and update guidelines as needed
  • Help to build a design culture and inspire the team by sharing ideas and contributing to design reviews
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
We’re Excited About You If You Have
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impeccable sense of design and typography
  • 1-3 years of design experience
  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Communication Design or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge in design foundations: layout, composition, grids, color, image, and typography
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe programs: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma. Basic animation skills in After Effects are required.
  • Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to collaborate and work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for design, beauty/fashion, and understand current industry-related trends
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow directions on feedback in a promptly
  • Design studio or agency experience a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is $71,145.00 - $94,620.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
