The Golden Touch Group is a family owned and operated wholesale apparel manufacturer with a mission to deliver trend focused products for nearly 50 years. We produce private label brands for large mass market retailers across the globe specializing in children’s, junior, missy and women’s apparel.


· Design juniors' apparel

Manage daily tasks and ensuring deadlines are met

· Create fast and accurate, on-trend sketches using adobe illustrator

· Research and present brand right trends within vendor capabilities

· Work closely with Senior Designer and Merchandiser to ensure correct information is being relayed to overseas vendors, and take action with customer feedback

· Collaborate with graphic design team on print and graphic direction

· Keep organized notes to track ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment

· Troubleshoot sample issues and identify solutions.


· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Design or equivalent experience

· Experience: 4+ Years of full-time professional design experience

· Highly organized and methodical. Attention to detail is paramount.

· Superior communication skills with team members, factories and vendors

· Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills

· Natural curiosity and desire to learn

· Strong working knowledge of garment construction

· Juniors mass market experience

· Walmart apparel experience is a plus

· Wave PLM system

Salary Range - $65K - $70K*

*As a private company, Golden Touch may pay more or less than the published upper limit of the pay range based on an individual’s demonstrated experience and expertise in their field. The pay ranges serve as a target and allow us to consider relevant experience, time in the role, salaries of internal peers, business sector, prior performance, and geographic location.
