We’re currently seeking talented structural engineer graduates to join our team at Degenkolb. We’re hiring at the Designer level in all of our offices: Los Angeles, Oakland, Orange County, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco and Seattle. PLEASE APPLY TO YOUR FIRST CHOICE LOCATION. The pay rate for this position generally ranges between $5900 and $8900 per month. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the California Pay Transparency Law. Actual pay rates will be based on various factors, including location, company geographic differentials, education level and candidate qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • MS in Structural Engineering or BS in Structural Engineering with 1-2 years of related full-time work experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a challenging yet collaborative environment.
  • Experience in structural/seismic engineering analysis and design of buildings is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential is preferred.
