Responsible for the creative development through strategy for marketing, advertising and promotional campaign throughout all phases including initial conception through final production.



  • Solves creative challenges and builds creative that delivers on business objectives and strategy

  • Implements projects within established creative vision

  • Collaborates with Marketing partners on all projects as necessary to develop creative solutions

  • Establishes size and arrangement of creative collateral with exceptional attention to detail


  • Reviews all stages of project with Art Director/Manager

  • Prepares creative presentation materials. Presents and reviews all creative to/with Art Director/Manager

  • Collaborates with developers ensuring proof comments are accurately completed


  • Collaborates with Project Management/Brand Experience to keep project on schedule and assists with timeline development

  • Maintains job notes on critical design details for future reference

  • Maintains an organized file management system and file server

  • Creates/maintains current, up to date style guides



  • Captures customer needs across all channels and aspects of Creative Design, most specifically for

  • Understands the importance of user experience and responsive design within digital channels

  • Owns social media accounts and is familiar with all social platforms

  • Aware of the latest trends within digital and social media



  • BFA or equivalent degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Digital Design or Digital Media

  • 1-5 years design experience

  • Good organization, time management and multitasking skills

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • MAC proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat

  • Strong Understanding of typography and design composition

  • Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices

  • Basic understanding of html and CSS

  • Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.


  • Experience with retail workflow, processes and structure

  • Basic understanding of motion design (Adobe After Effects) a plus, but not required

  • Photo art direction experiences a plus, but not required

  • Demonstrated ability to present creative ideas in a professional, organized manner

  • Strong understanding of photography and digital imaging
