The Digital and Print Designer is part of our growing in-house Brand Marketing team who will develop and shepherd marketing materials for Sun & Ski Sports that elevates our brand's expertise, culture, product and service offerings. You must show fluency in crafting engaging design solutions for a variety of marketing media, including web, digital, print, and display advertising. Must have experience adhering to brand standards and provide a body of work showcasing creative, and effective, use of marketing concepts. The Digital and Print Designer must think strategically to provide solutions in line with overall business objectives and priorities and must collaborate with designers and writers to develop and push creative solutions.


  • Create pixel-perfect, high-resolution digital assets (screen layouts/elements, typography, iconography, and animations) from wireframes for print advertising, store signage, digital display banners, packaging, websites, mobile, social media, etc.
  • Collaborate with creative team to produce creative that is on strategy, on target, in brand and consistent with what is currently in the market
  • Participate in strategy discussions and provide creative solutions
  • Follow best practices and provides input towards improved solutions
  • Conceptualize and direct projects from concept to completion in various media and formats
  • Adopts a customer-centered approach to decisions and actions in all facets of the business that are centered on a customer's well-being
  • Stays up to date on current industry and design trends
  • Reports to Creative Manager.


  • 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative group
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
  • Produces motion design, dynamic interaction, illustration and/or photography
  • Articulates best practices for browser-based UI web technologies, and CMS (e.g. Kibo)
  • Prioritizes timeliness of delivery versus quality of work
  • Practices excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exhibits exemplary business acumen
  • Adapts quickly to a changing work environment
  • Multitasks and delivers in a time-sensitive environment
  • Shows self-motivation and sets high personal standards
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
