Job Description

TheDigital Product Teamis a fast-paced, matrixed culture supporting aggressive global growth initiatives through data-driven design, experiences, processes and technology solutions.  As an eCommerce Global Business Analyst at Wolverine Worldwide you will be responsible for managing functional and non-functional requirements for a core set of site features across the platform, for over 13 brands internationally.

Sitting squarely in the middle of the software development lifecycle, you will work closely with Product Owners, Customer Experience Optimization, Analytics, Developers, QA, vendor partners and internal stakeholders to identify and document requirements for our digital engagement tools, and working in an Agile environment.

Primary Duties:

  • Partner with key global stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and execute against a defined product roadmap.
  • Define and document detailed global business requirements (functional and non-functional) through user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with brand teams to understand key priorities and ensure the platform is equipped to support.
  • Partner with QA team to solicit and incorporate feedback and testing requirements, establishing a common understanding for the “definition of done” for each story.
  • Work within existing tools (including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Adobe XD) to document and maintain requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, and own and represent your work.
  • Gather feedback from global customers, brands, and DTC stakeholders alike to inform requirements.
  • Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 2+ years of eCommerce, product management or business analyst experience
  • Experience with web analytics platforms, web monitoring analytics reports and interpreting data
  • Experience making data-driven product decisions
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills within cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in Agile/SCRUM methodologies
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.
