About the Job
  • Reporting to the VP of Global Tops Design, you will lead a team of 9 designers who support Men’s & Women’s Graphics, Print, and Pattern Design from ideation through execution, ensuring our products align with Levi’s brand values, vision, market trends, and consumer needs.
  • You will partner with the Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development and Supply Chain teams to evolve our Graphics and CAD product aesthetic that supports the strategic plans and delivers leading commercial opportunities.
About You
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Graphic and Textile CAD Design
  • Degree in Textile/Graphic Design or related field
  • Experience with branded apparel design, CAD print/pattern techniques, graphic treatments, drawing/painting, fabrications, printing and manufacturing techniques.
  • Ability to identify consumer insights through market research to inform delivery of commercial to leading ideas in our graphic and CAD expressions.
  • Experience in Adobe Suite, Ned Graphics, and CLO

The expected starting salary range for this role is $142,100 to $215,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
