Bulgari.com Merchandising & Publication

  • Responsible for the e-Merchandising of Bulgari.com US & CA.
  • Monitor and perform site spot checks to ensure accurate publication and site operation.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to suggest and launch products online that support the Bulgari merchandising strategy.
  • Effectively merchandise products within product categories as well as seasonal, event, and holiday assortments.
  • Monitor product pages online to ensure all descriptive information, assets, etc. are errorless and conducive to a stellar client experience.
  • Ensure E-Commerce stock is accurately reflected on the front-end by manually enabling/disabling individual products as new stock is uploaded. Check all products are displayed with correct image, text, price and done on time.
  • Schedule and implement pre-orders online
  • Track and report on Notify Me opportunities and retargeting
  • Monitor bugs and take appropriate action through our ticketing system. Follow-up/follow-thru to resolution.
  • Review client/internal feedback to ensure quick resolution of website errors
  • Creation and management of website assets on an ad-hoc basis

Reporting & Benchmarking

  • Monitor and analyze product and sales trends, traffic and site key performance indicators (KPIs) for regular business as well as the impact of new functionalities and UX enhancements on performance. Provide insights that can optimize performance, campaigns, and conversion rates.
  • Proactively monitor Google Analytics data and flag any anomalies to prevent loss of visibility into business performance
  • Perform routine or ad-hoc benchmarking studies to advance omni-channel initiatives.
  • Research and analyze business trends, benchmark sister brands and competition; analyze customer behavior data and activities to identify opportunities & best practices
  • Additional ad-hoc reporting as requested by supervisor

Bulgari Wholesale

  • Partner with Wholesale team to execute Bulgari digital strategies on Wholesale Partner websites. Ensure that the Bulgari brand is upheld on their platforms.
  • Provide and review copyrighting, descriptions, and product information.
  • Procure and provide official Bulgari assets.
  • Ensure all products represented on the platform are complete with images, copy and accurate product information.
  • Monitor Site updates and functionality to identify problematic experiences
  • Ensure all store hours are up to date and consistent on our website, Google, Yelp, etc.


  • BA / BS Required
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with Web Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Proficiency with SalesForce Commerce Cloud
  • Experience with electronic content management systems
  • Expertise on main KPIs, key online revenue drivers, revenue formulas around traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of web best practices, etiquette and metrics, cross-browser and cross-device (Desktop, Tablet, Smartphone)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong sense of accountability, self-drive, and the ability to function independently
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills (including advanced Excel) with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately through impeccable presentation and communication skills, translating findings into actions that can influence further site developments
  • Hands on approach, used to working with limited resources, both human and capital
  • Detail oriented and a team player
  • Experience with fashion, luxury, retail and/or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Foreign language: French or Italian a plus but not required
