Early Talent - 2024 - Digital Product Creation Internship

As a Digital Product Creation (DPC) intern you will assist your team in supporting the transformation of the Product Development process to leverage 3D and digital technology in all of Kohl's private and exclusive label brands in Apparel & Home goods - the ones that are ONLY available at Kohl's (LC Lauren Conrad, Apt. 9, Sonoma, etc.)

Accountabilities● Support Kohl’s 3D / Digital Product Creation (DPC) scaling across all categories ofbusiness and all locations● Build, maintain and organize digital asset standards and libraries● Build, maintain and organize support content for end users● Support Kohl’s Technology team in tool/software testing, as needed● Promote & support Associate adoption of 3D toolsets● Ensure continual business feedback to identify areas for improvement● Support internal communication needsSkills & ExperienceREQUIRED● Experience in Fashion, Industrial, Video Game and/or Textile Design and/orAnimation● General 3D (digital product) software experience● Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) experience● Strong written/verbal communication skills● Proficient with communication tools such as Google Suite● Problem solving skills● Tech Savvy, Agile Learner● Operates successfully in a collaborative, team oriented environmentPREFERRED● Experience with Browzwear, Adobe Substance and/or CLO 3D software● Experience in Pattern Making and Garment Construction
