As a Production Coordinator Bench you will help assist your team in developing, sourcing, and executing all of Kohl's private and exclusive label brands - the ones that are ONLY available at Kohl's (LC Lauren Conrad, Apt. 9, Sonoma, etc.) The Production Coordinator Bench owns ensuring the production and execution of private label branded products runs smoothly & on time.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Production

Owns daily email production correspondence with vendors and suppliers
Purchase Order Management and Logistics/Imports Management
Own and manage sample requests and sample tracking for submits, approvals, working sessions, milestones
Support updates in our style management system (One PLM)
Provides production input to submit meetings, to ensure on time delivery
Responsible for communication with K-Link team on any issues regarding accuracy of vendor provided information

Calendar Management:

Responsible for calendarizing and execution of agreed upon agility strategies (Read & React, Replenishment)
Participates in Cross Functional Team meetings and working sessions to communicate product development status
Assists with meeting set up and take down - focusing on sample and submit management
May assist with maintaining team workspace and sample room
