Theoryis looking for anEcommerce Merchandise Coordinatorto join our E-Commerce team.

Responsibilities

  • Audit Product Detail Pages to ensure images and copy accuracy before turning them online based on monthly deadline calendar.
  • Turn UPCs, Variants and Masters on in the system.
  • Categorize products based on their classification in the system.
  • Communicate missing copy and images to the cross-functional partners.
  • Track unretouched ecommerce images to ensure everything has been shot and named with proper style number.
  • Update audit files with clear notes to keep all partners updated with style and page status throughout the process.
  • Act as an active participant in the alignment of site navigation, product photography, marketing, pricing and copy strategies.
  • Ensure that site experience is connected to marketing, promotional & buying actions in-season.
  • Review the site daily with customer-first mindset.
  • Attend weekly Ecommerce department meetings to ensure clarity on the execution of online promotions as well as site and e-mail marketing.
  • Attend weekly Ecommerce department meetings to understand financial results and identify product sort or navigation opportunities.
  • Encourage an environment of operational excellence and flawless execution to achieve a “best in class” site experience.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ year of ecommerce, retail or merchandising experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience
  • Experience with or prior exposure to content management systems preferred
  • Strong computer skills, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, Outlook helpful
  • Strong passion for fashion and knowledge of fashion industry and trends
  • Comfortable learning new web tools and interfaces
