Paul Stuart, the iconic luxury menswear brand, is searching for an eCommerce Site Merchandiser to coordinate and execute product and content updates for the brand to help drive customer engagement and conversion.  This individual will work in close partnership with cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Marketing, Creative and Customer Service teams to align and execute a successful on-site experience to grow eCommerce sales and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the setup and presentation of products and categories online, configuring promotional campaigns and content programs for a seamless execution and analyzing sales performance and KPIs to drive sell-through and maximize inventory position. This role requires extreme attention to detail, technical and analytical skills, excellent time management, the ability to problem solve and work collaboratively across the organization.


  • Manage the end-to-end setup of all products. Assure products are setup timely and activated in conjunction with product receipt and marketing calendars.
  • Maintain and update all imagery and attributes, including color names, pricing, markdowns, filters, tags, promotional pricing and copy.
  • Demonstrate strong merchandising skills with a focus on a luxury customer, keeping in mind the needs of the business as well as merchandising best practices.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams to assist in developing compelling merchandising themes and storytelling for each season and across categories.
  • Coordinate with Creative Studio and Receiving on setting up photoshoots for new product.
  • Set up periodic POS promotions and seasonal hard markdowns. Ensure price books are up to date.
  • Schedule homepage updates, new content pages, promotions and features to be aligned with the marketing calendar. Responsible for QA of homepages, links, and redirects.
  • QA site daily/weekly to ensure products are in the correct categories, promotions are functioning, links lead to the correct categories/pages and product set up is accurate.
  • Conduct A/B tests, measure performance, and apply learnings and historical data to determine improvements and make adjustments.
  • Manage and optimize site search results and faceted navigation for each category for increased product sales as well as identify and fix failed searches.
  • Monitor website performance utilizing KPI reports. Identify areas for improvement/concern across the site and traffic sources and ideating solutions to course correct.
  • Work with digital marketing 3rd party to implement SEO best practices for both product, category and special landing pages to increase rankings in SERPs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate merchandise, promotions, features and product presentation to inform future strategies.


  • 4+ years of e-commerce, site merchandising experience
  • Highly organized, with a proven background in proper QA processes
  • Proven experience working with Demandware/SFCC
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient with Google Analytics and MS Excel
  • Team player and able to collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Track record in luxury apparel industry preferred
  • Experience in Teamwork & JIRA a plus
