ET Conversion - 2024 - Sourcing - Full Time

Supports the execution of the sourcing strategy by researching and analyzing information regarding the supply chain.

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

SUPPORT COSTING PROCESS AND EXECUTION OF SOURCING STRATEGY THROUGH RESEARCH, ANALYSIS, REPORTING, RECORDING AND DATA VISUALIZATION

• Conduct key analyses (e.g., Commodity indexing, LPP, cost sheet analysis)
• Lead data organization and gathering for market events
• Establish and evolve agnostic reporting best practices for present/future phases
• Map spend data and own weekly/monthly refresh of master spend file for the category
• Provide data during preparation for market events
• Support Category Leaders with relevant facts in preparation for and during costing negotiations
• Help validate calculations and assumptions in costing models
• Support negotiations
• Assist with preparation for quarterly strategy meetings and communicate information to cross functional partners
• Develop presentations to drive decision making for various audiences, including upper management

DRIVE PROCESS AND DATA MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCIES

• Document & maintain best practices
• Develop training resources
• Continuously improve tools and processes

•  Sourcing / COP strategies & initiatives
•  Manage baseline development, Costing guidance, Commodity tracking & reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Sourcing or Textiles. Business or closely related fields will be considered
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite & Google Platforms
• Advanced Excel skills

PREFERRED

• 2+ years supply chain management
• Research and analysis background
