Job Summary:

Mac Duggal is searching for a smart, eager, and confident individual to serve as an in house Production Assistant. The Assistant will work closely with Production and Sales on a daily basis. Our ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and thrive in a flexible and often-changing work environment. This position is an opportunity to gain insights from top executives on the day to day business affairs and inner workings of a fashion house. We are looking for Sales Assistant candidates who can grow with the company and be a valuable addition to the brand.

Responsibilities:

Manage the calendar and set up meetings
Handle and make calls & communicate with factories
Draft emails/communications
Produce reports, enter products and orders to internal software system
Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and provide general support of team
Travel if needed
Creating proposals, PDF's and presentations
Assist in preparing client presentations for meetings
Market preparation
Coordinate with Distribution Center on order completion

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Excellent skills in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite

• Strong attention to detail and self-starter

• AIMS360 is a plus

Education Requirements:

College degree is a preferred and/ or relevant experience in the fashion industry.
